1. Nature of Relationship

• By filling out this form, subcontractors acknowledge that doing so does not constitute or imply any form of employment relationship with JustSo. Creative or Just So Group PTY LTD.

• All subcontractors are engaged purely as independent contractors and are not considered employees of JustSo. Creative or its parent company.

2. Independent Contractor Agreement

• Subcontractors acknowledge that their engagement with JustSo. Creative is governed by independent contractor agreements, where applicable.

• As independent contractors, subcontractors are responsible for their own tax obligations, insurance, and other legal requirements related to their work.

3. Prohibited Use of the Form

• Users must not enter any sensitive or highly confidential information into this form. Prohibited information includes, but is not limited to:

• Credit card or banking details.

• Social security numbers (or equivalent identifiers in your jurisdiction).

• Passwords or login credentials for any systems.

• Private or sensitive visual media (e.g., photographs or videos unrelated to work purposes).

4. Data Responsibility

• While JustSo. Creative takes all reasonable measures to protect your data in compliance with global privacy standards, users are responsible for ensuring that no prohibited or unnecessary sensitive information is entered into the form.

• Any sensitive information inadvertently provided will be deleted promptly upon detection.

5. Acknowledgment of Terms

By submitting your information via this form, you acknowledge and agree to these terms and conditions.

6. Amendments to Terms

JustSo. Creative reserves the right to update or modify these terms and conditions as needed. Any updates will be communicated to all users where required.
